The SELLER's registered trade name is what appears on your card statement and invoice. Complaints and requests may be sent to the email address above. 2. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE The service offered is online educational content: digital flashcard decks studied with the spaced-repetition method, bundles covering more than one deck, and downloadable study materials (books in PDF format and flashcard files; the materials do not include audio recordings). The number of cards in a deck, the level of the content and, for materials, the list of files, page counts and the language the books are written in are shown on each product's own page. An internet connection and an up-to-date web browser are required to use the service; downloaded materials also need a device that can open PDF, CSV and TXT files. No physical product is shipped. 3. PRICE AND PAYMENT All prices are in the currency stated in the order summary (Turkish lira or US dollars) and include VAT. The amount shown in the order summary is the total amount to be collected from the BUYER, in that same currency; there are no shipping or additional costs. Payment is taken by credit or debit card through the infrastructure of iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. with 3D Secure. Card details are not seen or stored by the service provider. Payment is taken in a single charge; no instalment option is offered. 4. PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY Digital content is added to the BUYER's platform account the moment payment is confirmed and access begins immediately. The files of downloadable materials become available for download on the material's page at the same moment and can be downloaded again from the account at any time. For one-to-one lesson packages, session credits are added to the account and the BUYER books a time from the available slots. 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the **right of withdrawal cannot be exercised** in contracts relating to services performed instantly in an electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. At the payment step the BUYER separately confirms that access to the content will begin immediately and that there is therefore no right of withdrawal. So that you can evaluate the service before buying, the first cards of every paid deck are provided free of charge; in addition, at least one deck is free in its entirety. Downloadable materials come with a free sample for the same purpose. A material's files are delivered the moment they are downloaded; every download is logged. If no content has been accessed (for materials, if no file has been downloaded) and fewer than 14 days have passed since purchase, refund requests are considered in good faith. See the Cancellation and Refund Terms for details. 6. RETENTION OF THE CONTRACT The order record is kept by the service provider and is accessible from the "My orders" section of the BUYER's account. The order confirmation and contract documents are also sent by email. 7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence are competent; above those limits, the Consumer Courts.
