1. PARTIES
These Terms of Use are made between SPEX DANIŞMANLIK KALİTE KONTROL VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKET ("Platform"), which operates
the "Chinese June" brand and website, and any person who registers for or uses
the platform ("User").
2. SCOPE OF SERVICE
The Platform provides digital flashcard decks studied with the
spaced-repetition method, bundles made up of those decks, and downloadable
study materials (books in PDF format and flashcard files).
Video courses,
community spaces, one-to-one private lessons and consulting services may be
added in the future; this text is updated when a new service is launched.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users are responsible for keeping their account details confidential. Sharing
the account with third parties, or recording, reproducing or distributing the
content, is prohibited and will result in account termination.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All video, text, image and audio content on the Platform is the copyright of
SPEX DANIŞMANLIK KALİTE KONTROL VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKET and is protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and
Artistic Works. Unauthorised use gives rise to civil and criminal liability.
Downloadable materials are licensed to the purchaser for their own personal,
non-commercial study only. The purchaser may print the files for their own
study; the files may not be shared, resold, uploaded to the internet or
distributed within a class or institution. For a classroom or institutional

5. PRICING
Prices are shown in the currency stated in the order summary (Turkish lira
or US dollars), including VAT, and are charged in that same currency.
Payments are taken through the infrastructure of iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri
A.Ş.
6. CONTINUITY OF SERVICE
The Platform may pause service for technical maintenance and development.
Access to purchased content is continuous other than foreseeable
interruptions. The files of purchased materials can be downloaded again from
the account at any time.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In the event
of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have
jurisdiction.
