DELIVERY
Everything sold here is digital: nothing is shipped physically and no shipping
fee is charged. The moment your payment is approved the content you bought is
attached to your account and you can go to the site and start using it right
away. The files of downloadable materials are downloaded from the material's
page, and you can download them again whenever you like. Delivery is therefore immediate — you do not have to wait out the 30-day
legal maximum.
The order confirmation and a link to the content are sent to the email address
you gave at checkout. If you paid as a guest, an account is opened for you at
the same time; you can set your password from the link in that email.
If the payment went through but the content is not in your account, write to
osman.spex@gmail.com and access will be granted manually.
DIGITAL CONTENT (FLASHCARD DECKS)
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation there is no
right of withdrawal for digital services performed instantly. Refunds are
therefore not possible once access to the content has begun.
So you can evaluate before buying, the first cards of every paid deck are open
free of charge; at least one deck is also free in its entirety.
Good-faith refund: if you have not accessed any flashcard and fewer than 14
days have passed since purchase, send your request to osman.spex@gmail.com; we will
assess the application and, if we find it appropriate, the payment is returned
to the same card.
DOWNLOADABLE MATERIALS (PDF BOOKS, FLASHCARD FILES)
A material's files are delivered the moment they are downloaded and cannot be
returned; under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation
the right of withdrawal therefore ends when the first file is downloaded.
Every download is logged together with the file and the version downloaded.
So you can evaluate before buying, every material has a free sample; the
language the books are written in is stated on the product page.
Good-faith refund: if you have not downloaded any file of the material and
fewer than 14 days have passed since purchase, send your request to
osman.spex@gmail.com. If a file is faulty or missing, write to us as well and it will be
fixed or replaced.
MEMBERSHIPS
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at
the end of the period; no partial refund is made for remaining days. You are
not charged for the next period.
ONE-TO-ONE LESSON AND CONSULTING PACKAGES
- More than 24 hours before the appointment: free cancellation, session credit
returned.
- Less than 24 hours: the session credit is treated as used.
- For cancellations caused by the instructor, your credit is restored
unconditionally.
- Entirely unused packages are fully refunded within 14 days of purchase.
REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds are returned via iyzico to the card used, within 1–10 business
days. Timing may vary by bank.
