DATA WE COLLECT
- Account data: name, email, password hash, preferred language
- Learning data: lessons watched, flashcard review history, your notes
- Download log: the material file you downloaded, its version and the time
- Order data: billing name/address, order items, payment status
- Technical data: IP address, browser information, session cookies
- Usage recordings (only if you allow analytics and marketing cookies): where
you tap, how you scroll and which pages you visit; what you type into form
fields is not recorded
CARD DETAILS
Your credit card details never reach us. Payments are taken on the PCI-DSS
certified infrastructure of iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. using 3D Secure. We
do not ask for a T.C. identity number at checkout.
PURPOSES
To provide the service you purchased, track your learning progress, meet legal
obligations (invoicing, accounting), and — with your explicit consent — send
marketing communications and study how the site is used so we can improve it.
THIRD PARTIES
- iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. — payment processing (Türkiye)
- Vercel / Prisma Data Platform — application and database hosting, storage
of purchased material files (EU/US)
- Bunny.net — lesson video delivery (EU)
- Resend — transactional email delivery (US)
- Telegram — internal notifications to our team (outside Türkiye): when you
create an account or place an order, your name, email address, language
preference, the link that brought you to the site, your order items, the
amount and the payment status; when you subscribe to the newsletter, your
email address, language preference and the link that brought you to the
site; when you use the contact form, your name and the subject of your
message
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — advertising measurement, only if you allow
marketing cookies (EU/US)
- Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity) — analysis of how the site is
used, only if you allow analytics and marketing cookies (US): your visit is
kept as a session recording — the pages you visit, where you tap and scroll,
your device and browser information and an approximate location derived
from your IP address; what you type into form fields is not recorded
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google
TRANSFERS ABROAD
Some of the providers above are located outside Türkiye. Transfers are made
under Article 9 of KVKK and only to the extent necessary to provide the
service. Transfers to Meta and Microsoft depend on your explicit consent; if
you decline cookies, no data is sent.
RETENTION
Account data for as long as the account is open; invoice and accounting records
for 5 years as required by the Turkish Tax Procedure Law.
COOKIES
Essential cookies (no consent required):
- session cookie — remembers that you are signed in
- NEXT_LOCALE — your language preference
- cj_consent — stores your cookie choice
- cj_attr — records which link brought you to the site (source statistics)
Analytics and marketing cookies (only with your explicit consent):
- _fbp / _fbc — Meta Pixel; measures whether our ads work
- _clck / _clsk — Microsoft Clarity; ties the pages of your visit into one
session recording. Microsoft may also set cookies from its own domain
(CLID, MUID, MR, SM, ANONCHK)
If you choose "Essential only", no request is sent to Meta or Microsoft and
your visit is not recorded; the server-side advertising measurement is also
bound to the same consent. You can change your choice at any time and clear
cookies from your browser settings.
