The SELLER operates through the "Chinese June" brand and website. The SELLER's
registered trade name is what appears on your card statement and invoice.

2. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE
The service is online educational content: video courses, digital flashcard
decks, memberships, community access and one-to-one lesson or consulting
packages. The scope, duration and level of each product are shown on its own
page.
An internet connection and an up-to-date web browser are required. No
physical product is shipped.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT. The amount shown in the
order summary is the total amount to be charged; there are no shipping or
additional costs.
Payment is taken by credit or debit card through iyzico with 3D Secure. Card
details are never seen or stored by the service provider. Instalment options
vary by bank.
4. PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY
Digital content is added to the buyer's account the moment payment is
confirmed and access begins immediately. For one-to-one packages, session
credits are added to the account and the buyer books a time from the
available slots.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is
**no right of withdrawal** for services performed instantly in electronic
form and for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
At the payment step the buyer separately confirms that access begins
immediately and that there is therefore no right of withdrawal.
So that you can evaluate the service before buying, the first lesson of every
course and the first cards of every deck are provided free of charge.
If no content has been accessed and fewer than 14 days have passed since
purchase, refund requests are considered in good faith. See the Cancellation
and Refund Terms for details.
6. RECORD OF THE CONTRACT
The order record is kept by the service provider and is accessible from the
"My orders" section of the buyer's account. The order confirmation and
contract documents are also sent by email.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of
Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the buyer's place of residence
are competent; above those limits, the Consumer Courts.
