1. PARTIES
These Terms of Use are made between SPEX DANIŞMANLIK KALİTE KONTROL VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKET, which operates the
"Chinese June" brand and website ("Platform"), and any person who registers for
or uses the platform ("User").
2. SCOPE OF SERVICE
The Platform provides online video courses, digital flashcard content,
community spaces, one-to-one private lessons and consulting services.
3. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Sharing an
account, or recording, reproducing or distributing course content, is
prohibited and will result in account termination.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All video, text, image and audio content on the Platform is the copyright of
SPEX DANIŞMANLIK KALİTE KONTROL VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKET and is protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and
Artistic Works. Unauthorised use gives rise to civil and criminal liability.
5. PRICING
Prices are shown in Turkish Lira (TRY) including VAT. Payments are processed
through iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.
6. CONTINUITY OF SERVICE
The Platform may pause service for maintenance and development. Access to
purchased content is continuous other than foreseeable interruptions.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer
Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
