DELIVERY
Everything sold here is digital: nothing is shipped physically and no delivery
fee is charged. The moment your payment is approved the content you bought is
attached to your account and you can start using it right away. Delivery is
therefore immediate — you do not have to wait out the 30-day legal maximum.
The order confirmation and a link to the content are sent to the email address
you gave at checkout. If you paid as a guest, an account is opened for you at
the same time; you can set your password from the link in that email.
If the payment went through but the content is not in your account, write to
osman.spex@gmail.com and access will be granted manually.
DIGITAL CONTENT (VIDEO COURSES, FLASHCARD DECKS)
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation there is no
right of withdrawal for digital services performed instantly. Refunds are
therefore not possible once access to the content has begun.
So you can evaluate before buying, the first lesson of every course and the
first cards of every deck are free.
Good-faith refund: if you have not accessed any lesson or card and fewer than
14 days have passed since purchase, write to osman.spex@gmail.com; if we find the request
appropriate the payment is returned to the same card.
MEMBERSHIPS
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at
the end of the period; no partial refund is made for remaining days. You are
not charged for the next period.
1-ON-1 AND CONSULTING PACKAGES
- More than 24 hours before the appointment: free cancellation, session credit
returned.
- Less than 24 hours: the session credit is treated as used.
- For cancellations caused by the instructor, your credit is restored
unconditionally.
- Entirely unused packages are fully refunded within 14 days of purchase.
REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds are returned via iyzico to the card used, within 1–10 business
days. Timing may vary by bank.
