The SELLER operates through the "Chinese June" brand and website. The SELLER's
registered trade name is what appears on your card statement and invoice.
BUYER
The name, address and contact details declared during the order apply.
ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the digital service
ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website.
ARTICLE 3 — SERVICE
Nature: Online educational content (video course, digital flashcards,
membership and/or one-to-one lessons).
Price: The amount in Turkish Lira including VAT shown in the order summary.
Payment: By credit/debit card through iyzico.
ARTICLE 4 — DELIVERY
Digital content is granted to the BUYER's platform account immediately after
payment is confirmed. No physical delivery is made.
ARTICLE 5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right
of withdrawal cannot be exercised for "services performed instantly in an
electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer".
The BUYER therefore accepts that access is granted upon purchase and that no
right of withdrawal exists. So that the BUYER can evaluate the service before
buying, the first lesson of every course is provided free of charge.
Where content has not been accessed at all and 14 days have not passed since
purchase, the SELLER will consider a refund request in good faith.
ARTICLE 6 — DISPUTES
Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits
announced by the Ministry of Trade; above those limits, Consumer Courts.
ARTICLE 7 — ENTRY INTO FORCE
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms by approving this agreement
electronically at the payment step.
