DATA WE COLLECT
- Account data: name, email, password hash, preferred language
- Learning data: lessons watched, flashcard review history, your notes
- Order data: billing name/address, order items, payment status
- Technical data: IP address, browser information, session cookies
CARD DETAILS
Your card details never reach us. Payments are taken on the PCI-DSS certified
infrastructure of iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. using 3D Secure.
NATIONAL ID NUMBER
The national ID number is collected only for the payment verification required
by iyzico and is deleted from our records once payment completes.
PURPOSES
To provide the service you purchased, track your learning progress, meet legal
obligations (invoicing, accounting), and — with your explicit consent — send
marketing communications.
THIRD PARTIES
- iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. — payment processing (Türkiye)
- Vercel / Prisma Data Platform — application and database hosting (EU/US)
- Bunny.net — lesson video delivery (EU)
- Resend — transactional email delivery (US)
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — advertising measurement, only if you allow
marketing cookies (EU/US)
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google
TRANSFERS ABROAD
Some of the providers above are located outside Türkiye. Transfers are made
under Article 9 of KVKK and only to the extent necessary to provide the
service. Transfers to Meta depend on your explicit consent; if you decline
cookies, no data is sent.
RETENTION
Account data for as long as the account is open; invoice and accounting records
for 5 years as required by the Turkish Tax Procedure Law.
COOKIES
Essential cookies (no consent required):
- session cookie — remembers that you are signed in
- NEXT_LOCALE — your language preference
- cj_consent — stores your cookie choice
- cj_attr — records which link brought you to the site (source statistics)
Marketing cookies (only with your explicit consent):
- _fbp / _fbc — Meta Pixel; measures whether our ads work
If you choose "essential only", no request is sent to Meta; the server-side
advertising measurement is bound to the same consent. You can change your
choice at any time and clear cookies from your browser settings.
